Candle Care
Trim wooden wicks before each burn. Burn on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time. Allow the vessel to cool completely before relighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Our candles are crafted using a reusable concrete vessel paired with replaceable soy wax inserts. Each component is intentionally selected for longevity, safety, and sustainability.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days, followed by 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.
Due to the nature of candles, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer a replacement at no cost. To ensure fairness and protect against loss, replacements are limited to a maximum of three (3) items per order. Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage reported outside this window or caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear over time.
