PURCHASE OPTIONS

Care More may offer products for:

  1. One-Time Purchase

  2. Subscription Purchase (Recurring Delivery)

By selecting a purchase option at checkout, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and terms associated with that option.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES

All one-time purchases are charged at checkout and processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Due to the consumable nature of candles, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES

When you select a subscription option, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (e.g., every 2 months or quarterly)

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on the scheduled billing date

  • Subscriptions continue until canceled

  • Prices and benefits may be adjusted with reasonable notice

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

BILLING CYCLE

Your subscription billing date is determined by the date of your initial purchase.

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the payment

  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled after repeated failed attempts

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains current and valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has been processed:

  • The current order will still be fulfilled

  • The subscription will be canceled for future cycles

We do not issue refunds for processed subscription renewals.

MODIFICATIONS & PAUSES

Where available, subscribers may:

  • Skip a shipment

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update shipping address

Changes must be made prior to the billing date to take effect.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for keeping shipping information accurate.

Care More is not responsible for shipments sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

Replacement shipments due to address errors may require additional shipping fees.

PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you enroll using a promotional rate or discount:

  • The discount applies only under stated promotional conditions

  • Abuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of subscription privileges

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Chargebacks are initiated without first contacting us

  • These Terms are violated
