Welcome to Care More.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “Care More,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Care More LLC.

Care More operates this website, online store, and all related products, content, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.


1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

Care More reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is suspected.


2. PRODUCTS

Many Care More products are handcrafted or produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
  • Concrete vessels naturally contain unique textures, tonal variation, air pockets, and surface characteristics.
  • Apparel sizing may vary slightly within standard manufacturing tolerances.

Natural variations are part of the intended character of our products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, availability, packaging, or specifications without prior notice.


3. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles involve an open flame and should always be used responsibly.

By purchasing a Care More candle, you agree to:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
  • Follow all candle care and safety instructions included with your order.
  • Discontinue burning once the recommended remaining wax level has been reached.

Care More is not responsible for injury, property damage, fire, or other loss resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow provided safety instructions.


4. REFILLABLE VESSELS

Care More refillable vessels are designed for use with genuine Care More refill inserts.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Third-party wax refills.
  • Improper refill installation or removal.
  • Excessive heat.
  • Accidental impact.
  • Product misuse.

Normal aging and the natural development of concrete over time are not considered defects.


5. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud.
  • Pricing or website errors.
  • Inventory limitations.
  • Violation of these Terms.

Orders are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized by Care More.


6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Sales tax.
  • Shipping charges.
  • Customs duties.
  • Import fees.

By completing a purchase, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • Payment information provided is accurate.
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.


7. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Responsibility for an order transfers to the shipping carrier once the shipment has been accepted for delivery.

Care More is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays.
  • Weather-related delays.
  • Packages marked as delivered.
  • Theft after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain products may be available through recurring subscription.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing interval.

Subscriptions continue until canceled.

Subscription payments become non-refundable once processed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including:

  • The Care More name.
  • Logos.
  • Branding.
  • Product designs.
  • Product photography.
  • Videos.
  • Graphics.
  • Website design.
  • Written content.
  • Packaging.
  • Marketing materials.

is owned by Care More LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain features of our Services rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and Shopify.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.


11. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Although Shopify provides the ecommerce platform powering our store, all purchases are made directly from Care More LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for disputes relating to products purchased through Care More.


12. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our business.


13. CUSTOMER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, suggestions, or other feedback to Care More, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit such content.


14. PROHIBITED USES

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located within Texas.
