Apparel

Care More apparel is made to order to help reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing and production before your order ships. During higher-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method and begin after production is complete.

Candles + Home Goods

Our candles, concrete vessels, wax refills, and select home goods are prepared and finished by hand.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing, followed by approximately 2–4 weeks for production before shipment.

Many orders may be completed and shipped sooner. This timeframe allows us to carefully produce, cure, finish, inspect, and prepare each handcrafted piece while accommodating periods of higher order volume.

Because our concrete pieces are handmade, subtle variations in color, texture, pores, and finish are natural and make each piece unique.

Orders containing both apparel and handcrafted items may arrive in separate shipments.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided by email. Carrier transit times begin after production is complete and may vary due to destination, holidays, weather, customs, or other carrier delays.

Returns + Exchanges

Apparel

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered apparel may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Because our apparel is made to order, we cannot guarantee size or color exchanges once production has begun. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Candles + Home Goods

Due to the handcrafted and personal-use nature of our candles, wax products, concrete vessels, and home goods, these items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Natural variations in handmade concrete—including subtle differences in tone, texture, pores, and surface character—are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the affected item
Photos of the packaging and shipping box if the item was damaged during transit

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Order Changes + Cancellations

Please carefully review your size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before submitting your order.

Made-to-order and handcrafted items may enter processing or production shortly after purchase. Once production has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order.
